Growing and expanding at a time when collapses and supply chain costs are on the rise, Bielby and its joint venture partnerships excel at design and construct projects in the roads, rail and renewables civil industry.

Michael designed a $1.5m Information Services strategy to take Bielby into a digital future, one where accurate and timely business intelligence was vital to project sustainability.

Tritium, Brisbane 2016 to 2021

Disrupting one of the fastest-growing markets in the world, Tritium designs and manufactures high power DC-fast-charging technology.  Michael led a small but mighty global team of highly skilled IT specialists to manage Tritium’s information platforms, processes and services.

Michael established a number of greenfield systems and processes, including the Information Security Management System (aligned with ISO27001), HRIS onboarding and offboarding, Non-Conformance Reporting and Engineering Change Management processes.

Michael positioned Tritium’s technology, platforms, and processes for successful listing on the American Stock Exchange (ASX) under the SPAC entity of DCFC.
