Disrupting one of the fastest-growing markets in the world, Tritium designs and manufactures high power DC-fast-charging technology.  Michael led a small but mighty global team of highly skilled IT specialists to manage Tritium’s information platforms, processes and services.

Michael established a number of greenfield systems and processes, including the Information Security Management System (aligned with ISO27001), HRIS onboarding and offboarding, Non-Conformance Reporting and Engineering Change Management processes.

Michael positioned Tritium’s technology, platforms, and processes for successful listing on the American Stock Exchange (ASX) under the SPAC entity of DCFC.
